Food

I was feeling very under the weather the start f the week, I'm better now thankfully to getting rest and juicing my way out of it.
Here is my breakfast juice
the ingredients:
Blueberries,Tomatoes,Orange,Lemon,Lime,Ginger,Carrot,Two kinds of Apples and a green onion 
The juice and the left over
 Look at this color!!!! So BEAUTIFUL! and it's a natural color from Mother Nature!
Lunch:
Salad Bowl 
Ingredients:
Lettuce,Carrot,Apple,Radish, Broccoli,  Tomato,Yellow Pepper, Green Onion, small bit of cheese
 I do bake my own tortilla bowls...so good!
Remember to "Eat the Rainbow" in fruits and veggies daily!
