we woke up this morning feeling "crummy" so I thought we'd better do a juice cleanse for breakfast...
This recipe I find works really well, drink it as soon as you start feeling "icky"
Especially the dreaded cold...
I made two drinks so I split everything in half:
1 Red Apple, 1 Green Apple
Half a Lemon
1 Carrot, 2 Green Onions
6 Cherry Tomato
2 Slices of Ginger, 1 Garlic Clove
YUM!! it tastes great and within 5 minutes your going to have your sinus's draining so get some tissue!
I'm making the last batch of cushion covers. So get them while you can!
